Returns & Refunds

Original Paintings
Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
For this reason, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Fine Art Prints
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU regulations.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive,
please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Kindly include your order number and photos if applicable, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.
